(98th Avenue South) which bears South 89°38'59" East a distance of 1 ,487.18 from
the center of Section 30, Township 23 North, Range 5 East; W.M. ; 7hence South
10°13' 18" East a distance of 93.12 feet to the true point of begi.nning of said .
centerline; Thence North 89°07' 13" West a distance of 153.33 feet; Thence South
13°26'52" East a distance of 292.35 feet; thence south 3°40'36" East a distance
of 293.25 feet; Thence South g°50'09" East a distance of 318.21 feet: Thence
South 1°40'36" West a distance of 339.64 Feet; thence North 83°20'54" West a
distance of 45.16 feet to an existing sanitary sewer manhole� the termination of
said centerline.
TOGETHER with a temporary construction easement 15 feet in width 1y�ng 15 feet
