A Utility easement 15 feet in width over the following described property:
BEGINNING on the East line of Government Lot 1 in Section 32, Township 24
North, Range 5 East; W.M. , at a point 993.80 feet South of the Northeast corner
thereof; thence South 1° 42' 13" West along said East line a distance of 340.55
feet to the Southeast corner of said Government Lot 1 ; thence North 88° 48' 58"
West a distance of 641 .35 feet; thence North 1° 11 ' 02" East a distance of I
340.55 feet; thence South 88° 48' 55" East a distance of 644.44 feet to a point
of beginning; . '
LESS that portion lying South of a line beginning 11 feet North of the
i Southeast corner of the above described Tract; thence West 559 feet, more or less,
to a point 13 feet North of the South line thereof; thence West 82 feet, more or
less, to a point 11 feet North of the Southwest corner of said Tract; LESS State
Highway; LESS Streets.

BEGINNING at the intersection of the centerlines of North 40th Street and

' the true point of beginning of said easement; thence North 1° 40' 47" East a
distance of 218.26 feet; thence South 87° 30' 49" East a distance of 165.5 feet
to the Westerly margin of FAI #405, the terminus of said easement centerline.

� the ri ght, wi thout prior noti ce or proceeding at law, at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose of con-
`� structing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said utility, or

' ' � altering or reconstruction of such utility sha11 be accomplished in such a manner
