WITNESSETH:
That s+�id Grantor(s) , for and in consideration of the sum of $� ,00 and other
valuable considerations paid by Grantee, and other valuable consideration,
do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and warrant i.mto the said
Grantee, its successors and assigns, a temporary cons�ruction easement for a pubiic
utility (street improvement) with necessary appurtenances over, �hxough, across and
upon the following described property in King Co�ty, Washington, more paxticularly
described as follows :
i A temporary construction Easement over the following described property:
That portion of the South one-half of the South one-half of the Northeast one-
quarter of the Northeast one-quarter of Section 31 , Township 23 North, Range 5 East,
W.M. , lying Easterly of Talbot Road and North of Carr Road;
EXCEPT that portion of the North one-half of the South one-half of the South one-half
of the Northeast one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter of said Section described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the South line of said subdivision and the
centerline of Talbot Road; thence Northerly along said centerline 69 feet; thence
East 128 feet; thence Southerly parallel with the East line of said Talbot Road 69
feet to the South line of said subdivision; thence Westerly along said South line
128 feet to the true point of beginning; EXCEPT that portion lying within said road;
situate in the County of King, State of Washington.
Said temporary construction easement being described as follows:
Parcel (A) : BEGINNING at the most Southwesterly corner of the above described �
property; thence Northerly, along the Easterly margin of Talbot Road (Springbrook I
Road) a distance of 19.42 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing
Northerly along said Easterly margin a distance of 12.21 feet; thence South 21°14' 35"

Road; thence Easterly, 5 feet Northerly of and parallel with said margin, a distance
of 93.34 f�et; thence Southerly to a point on said Northerly margin 110.90 feet

necessary to enter upon said above described property fc,r the purpose of con-

, making any connections therewith, and such construction, maintaining, repai ring,
