petitions for annexation to the city limits of the City of Renton, Washington,

2. Basis for Covenant. This covenant ta annex is given as a conditian to
being permitted to hook up to wrw�i water service fxom the City of Renton
to serve the premises,
I3. Parties Bound. This agreement and the covenant to annex shall be
binding on the owner and aIl persons subsequently acquiring any xight, title
or interest in or to said property referred to as the pxemises, and sha11 be a
covenant running with the land.
4. Time for Per£ormance. The owners, their heirs, successors or assigns,
agree and covenant to sign a petition to annex the above described premises
� unto the City of Renton at such time as the assessed valuata.on of the subject
premises i� sufficient to c{ualify under the 75% method pursuant to RCW 35A.14.120,

together with such other adjoining or cantiguous area as the City or other I
petitioners may determine. 'I'he awners further agree, when so notified by the
