2. Basis for Cavenant. This covenant to annex is given as a condztion ta
being permitted to hook up to �� water service from the City of Renton
to serve the premises,
3. Parties Bound. This agreement and the covenant to annex shall be
binding an the awner and all persans subsequently acquiring any right, title
or interest in or ta said praperty referred to as the premises, and shall be a
covenant running with the land.
4. Time for Performance. The owners, their heirs, successors or assigns,
agree and covenant to sign a petition to annex the abave described pxemises
unto the City of Renton at such time as the assessed valuation of the subject
premises is sufficient Lo qualify under the 75� method pursuant to RCW 35A.14.120,
together with such other adjoining or contiguous area as the City ar other
pet�.tioners may determine. The awners further agree, when so notified by the
City, to promptiy circulate and execute such Petition and to camply with all the
rec{uirements of law regarding such annexation. If the ownexs, their successoxs
