referred to as "owners," hereby covena:nt and agree to sign the necessary
petitians for annexation to the city limits of the City af Renton, Washington,
for the property herein described and on the terms more fully set forth belaw.

2. Basis for Covenant. This covenant to annex is given as a conditian ta �

to serve the premises.

3. Parties Bound. This agreement and the cavenant to annex shall be
binding an the owner and all persans sutisequently acquiring any ra.ght, title
or interest in or to said property referxed to as the premises, and shall be a
I covenant running with the land.
4. Time for Performance. The owners, their heirs, successors or assigns,
agree and covenant to sign a petition to annex the above described premises
unto .the City of Renton at such time as the assessed valuatian of the subject
premises is sufficient to qualify under the 75% method pursuant to RCW 35A.14.120,
together with such other adjoining or contiguous area as the City ar ather
petitioners may determine. The owners further agree, when sa notified by the
City, to promptly circulate and execute such Petition and to comply with alI the
