Oreferred to as "owners," hereby covenant and agree to sign the necessary
� petitions for annexation to the city limits of the City of Renton,

� Washington, for the property herein described and on the terms more fully set

1. Legal Description The legal description of the pro�erty to
which this covenant shall apply is as fullows:

Beginnin� at the Northwest corner of the East 10 feet of said Tract 11 ; thence
North 88 27 ' 05" West along the Northline thereof 358. 02 feet to the TI:UE POINT
OF BCGINNING: THENCE North 88°27 ' 05" west 179 .01 feet to the east lirie of the
John Langs�on Road Revision; thence South 0°4 ' 12" east 405.70 fee't to the South
line of the Ngrth 405 . 54 fe�t of said South line 178 . 45 feet to a point which

hereinafter referred to as "the premises."
2. Basis for Covenant This covenant to annex is given as a
condition to being permitted to hook up to sewer and water service from the
City of Renton to serve the premises.
3. Parties Bound This agreement and the covenant to annex shall
be binding on the owner and all persons subsequently acquiring any right,
title or interest in or to said property referred to as the premises, and
shall be a covenant running with the land.
4. Time for Performance The owners, their heirs, successors or
assigns, agree and covenant to sign a petition to annex the above described
premises unto the City of Renton at such time as Lhe assessed valuation of
the subject premi ses 'i s suffi ci ent to qual i fy �snder.the 75.9' method pursuant
, to RC41 35/Y.14.120, together with such other a.djoining or contiguaus area as
' the City or other petitianers may determine. Th� owners further agree, when
so notified by the City, to promptly circulate and execute such Petition and
to comply with all the requirements of law regarding such annexation. If the
owners, their successors or assigns fail to do so, the City reserves the
right to terminate such utility services.

Auditor.
