COVENAN7 TO ANNEX TO THE CITY OF RENTON

referred to as "owners," hereby covenant and agree ta sign the necessary
petitions far annexation to the city limits of the City of Renton,
IWashin ton for the property herein described and on the terms more fu21y set

2. Basis far Cavenant This covenant ta annex is given as a
candition to being permitted to hook up to sewer and water service fram the
City of Renton to serve the premises.
3. Parties Bound This agreement and the covenant to annex shall
� be bindin� on the owner and all persons subsequently acquiring any right,
title or initerest in or to said property referred to as the premises, and

shall be a covenant running with the land.
4. Time far Performance The awners, their heirs, successors or
assigns, agree and covenant to sign a petition to annex the above described
premises unto the City of Rentan at such time as the assessed va]uatian of
the subject premises is sufficient ta qualify under the 75% method pursuant
to RCW 35/k.14.120, together with such other adjoining or contiguaus area as
the City or other petztianers may deterr�ine. The owners further agree, when
sa notified by the Gity, to pramptly c9rculate and execute SUCII P��1t7011 and -
to comply with all the requirements of law regarding such annexatian. If the
owners, their successors or assigns fail to do so, the City reserves the �
