assigns, agree and covenant to sign a petition to annex the above-described
premises unta the City of Renton at such time as the assessed valuation of the I
subject prem�ses is sufficient to qualify under the 75�o method pursuant to RCW I
35A,14.12�, together with such other adjoi�ing or contiguous area as the City
of other petitioners may determine, The owners further agree, when so
notified by the City, to pramptly circulate and execute such Petition and to
comply with aii the requirements of law regarding such annexation. If the �
owners, their successors or assigns fail to do so, the City reserves the right j
to terminate such utility services.
