Their house is located at 13&12 SE 136th Street which is outside the City fimifis. In review of the prapanent's request, the Committee finds the following: 1. Based on the attached memo from the Planning/Building/Public Works Department, .� a failing septic tank and drain field exist at the proponent's hause; 2. Consisfient with Council policy, sewer cannections may be granted autside the � City limits if � failing septic tank and drain fiefd exist; 3.
