2. Basis far Covenant This covenant to annex is given as a conditian
to being permitted ta hook up ta sewer and water service fram the City of
Renton �to serve the prem�ses,
3. Parties Bound This agreement and the cavenant to annex shall be
binding on the awner and ali persons subsequently acquiring any right, title
or interest in ar to sa�d property referred to as the premises, and shall be a
covenant running with the land.
4. �ime �or Performance The owners, their heirs, successors or
assigns, agree and covenant ta sign a petition to annex the above-described
premises ur►to the City af Rer�ton at sttch time as the assessed valuation of the
sub,�ect premises is sufficient to qualify under the 75�e method pursuant to RCW
35A.I4.120, together with such other adjaining or contiguous area as the City
af othev� petitianers may determine. The awners further agree, when so
natified by the City, to prompt3y circulate and execute such Petitian and ta
camply with all the r��ujrements of law regarding such annexation. If the 1

owners, their successors or assigns fail to do so, the City reserves the right I
to terminate such utility services. I
