� o� N a 2. gasis for Covenant This covenant to annex is given as a condition to being
permitted to hook up to sewer and/or water service from the City of Renton to serve the
premises.
, 3. Parties Bounc� This agreement and�the covenant to annex shall be binding on
�the owner and all persons subsequently acquiring any right, title or interest in or to said
�D property referred to as the premises, and shall be a covenant running with the land.

� 4. Tirne for Performance The owners, their heirs, successors or assigns, agree

�� and covenant to sign a petition to annex the above-described premises unto the City of
� I2enton at such tune as the assessed valuation of the subject premises is sufficient to qualify
r� under the 75% method pursuant to RCW 35A.14.120, together with such other adjoinu�g or
tT. contiguous area as the City of other petitione�s may determine. The owners further agree,
when so notified by the City, to promptly circulate and execute such Petition and to comply
with all the requirements of law �egarding such annexation. If the owners, their successors
or assigns fail to do so, the Ciry reserves the right to terminate such utility services.
5. Filin These covenants shall be filed with the King Counry Auditor.
