2. Basis for Covenant This covenant to annex is given as a condition to being �
permitted to hook up to sewer and/or water service from the City of Renton to serve the
premises.

3. Parties Bound This agreement and the covenant to annex shall be binding on �
the owner and all persons subsequently acquiring any right, title or interest in or to said
property referred to as the premises, and shall be a covenant running with the land.

�.{ 4. Time for Perfortnance The owners, their heirs, successors or assigns, agree
� and covenant to sign a petition to annex the abovedescribed premises unto the City of
� Renton at such time as the assessed valuation of the subject premises is sufficient to qualify
� under the 75% method pursuant to RCW 35A.14.120, together with such other adjoining or
� contiguous area as the City of other petitioners may determine. The owners further agree,
