Renton,WA 98055 I, Sen T. Ko1bX, hereinafter referred to as "owners, their successors, heirs and assigns" hereby
covenant and agree to sign the necessary petitions for annexation to the City Limits of the City of
Renton, Washington, for the property herein described and on the terms more fully set forth below.
l. Legal Descri�tion_The property to which this covenant shall apply is King County Tax
Assessor's #008700-0007 legally described as follows: �
A portion of Lot 1, Block A of Akers Farms No. 5 (Volume 40, Page 27) further described as:
Beginning in the most southerly corner of Lot 1, Thence North 1° 42' 40" East, 170.6 ft;
� Thence South 88° 17' 20" East, 87.7 ft, Thence North 57° 16' 49" East, 135.75 ft. to V
southerly line of Benson Road; Thence Southeasterly along road margin 16 ft; Thence
South 38° 49' 06" West, 164.44 ft., to point on easterly line of Lot 1;
Thence South 48° 23' 34" West, 155.42 to Point of Beginning.
hereinafter referred to as "the premises."
2. Basis for Covenant This covenant to annex is given as a condition to being permitted
to hook up to sewer and/or water service from the City of Renton to serve the premises.
� 3. Parties Bourid This�agreement and the covenant to annex shall be binding on the owner
� and all persons subsequently acquiring any right, title•or interest in or to said property referred to as the
� premises, and shall be a covenant running with the land.

� 4. Time for Performance The owners, their heirs, successors or assigns, agree and
� covenant to sign a petition to annex the above-described premises unto the City of Renton at sucli time
� as the assessed valuation of the subject premises is sufficient to qualify under the 60% method pursuant
� to RCW 35A.14.120, together with such other adjoining or contiguous area as the City of other
petitioners may determine. The owners further agree, when so nofified by the City, to promptly
circulate and execute such Petition and to comply with all the requirements of law regarding such
� annexation. If the owners, their successors or assigns fail to do so, the City reserves the right to
terminate such utility services. '
5. Filin� These covenants shall be filed with the King County Auditor.
