approved. SECONDED by Heather Nugent. The motion CARRIED.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT: Co�mcilperson Briere commented that as Chair of the Comnuulity
Services Committee she �vas interested in hearing the Board's discussion abottt the Coinmittee of
the Whole report.

HIGHLANDS GATES GRANT PROJI:CT - The ne��computers have been ordered and are
expected in about six �veeks. The old printer has been replaced. The old computer furniture was
remo�'ed and the mectin�; room has becn set up �vith tablcs and chairs tu a�commodate the
income tax assistance ap}�ointments held no��� throu�h April 15.
