� That said Grantor(s) , for and in consideration of the sum of $�one
paid by Grantee, and other valuable consideration,
do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and warrant Lmto the said
Grantee, its successors and assigns, a temporary construction easement for a public
utility (street improvement) with necessary appurtenances over, through, across and
upon the following described property in King Cotmty, tNashington, more particularly
described as follows :
All of Lot 36, together with Shorelands adjoining, and that portion of Lot 35,
together with Shorelands adjoining, lying Southerly of a line running North
89°31'09" West 131.42 feet and NortYi 88°41'39" West 228 feet from a point 19
feet Southerly of the Southeast corner of Lot 34, All in Block C, C. D. Hillman's
, Lake Washington Garden of Eden Divisiori #3, according to the plat recorded in
Volume 11 of Pla�s, page 81, records of King County, Washington.
The temporary construction easement to be granted over the above described subject .
property is 20 feet wide, being 10 feet on either side of the following described
centerline:
BEGINNING at the Southeas� corner of the above described property; thence <
North 89° 31' 09" West along the South line of said Lot 36 a distance of .
' 100 feet to the true point of beginning of said centerline; thence North � .
3°51'51" West a distance of 58 feet, more or less, to the North line of the

Said temporary construction easement sh all remain in force during construction
and t,a�til such time as the street improvement has been accepted for operation and
maintenance by the Grantee but not later than December 31. 1975

Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, shall have '
the right, without prior notice or proceeding at la�t, at such times as may be '
necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose of construct-
ing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said utilities, or making
any cornections therewith, without incurring any legal obligations or liability
� therefore, provided, that such construction, maintaining, repairin�, altering or �
� reconstruction of said utilities shall be accomplished in such a manner that the ,

. damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately
