It has come to my attention that the addresses have been changed for several properties on
Blaine Avenue NE just north of NE 20th Street. Previously these properties on Blaine were
addressed off NE 20th Street.
The City is in the process of establishing a private latecomer agreement boundary including
properties that may have been affected by your recent address change. Please provide the
address changes for parcels 1 through 6, inclusive as shown and listed on the attached
assessment roll and map.
