Previously these properties on Blaine were addressed off NE 20th Street. The City is in the process of establishing a private latecomer agreement boundary including properties that may have been affected by your recent address change. Please provide the address changes for parcels 1 through 6, inclusive as shown and listed on the attached assessment roll and map.
