Dear Mayor Delaurenti and Council Members : The Public Works Department has reviewed the request to release the above referenced easement. This easement was acquired for the purpose of install- ing a sanitary sewer. Later the owner of the property requested us not to inst�tl �he line in that location and offered to give another easement. We proceeded on that basis and constructed the line accordingly in the new easement. , The original easement was used only in a small area north of the NE 44th on ramp. That portion lying between NE 44th southerly to NE 40th Street is not required and we recommend that it be released as per the request of Mr. Radford.
