may be necessary to enter upon said �bove described property for the purpose
of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
uti 1 i ty, ar maici ng any cannecti ons therewi th, wi thaut i ncurri ng any legal
abl i gati�ns or ]i abi]i ty therefore, provi ded, that such canstruction, main-
taining, repai ri ng, a1 tering or recortstructi on af such uti l i ty shal l be
cT accomp]ished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right
� ri�t(s)aofeway shal] not be disturbed ar damaged, or in the event they are
c� d�sturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were
� immediately before the property was entered upan by the Grantee.

]ine. Nowever, the grantor sha]] not erect buildings or structures over, urtder

This easement, sha11 be a covenant running with the land and shail be bind-
i•ng on the Grantar, his successors , heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that
