Thence continuing along said margin southeasterly along said curve an arc distance of 69.94 feet through a
central angle of 14°50'32";
Thence continuing along said margin S 41°55"32"E 474.36 feet to an intersection with the northwesterly
right-of-way margin of Highway 1-L as surveyed and shown on Record of Survey filed in Book 40 of
Surveys,Page 180, said point of intersection being a point on a curve concave to the southeast,the radius

Thence southwesterly along said northwesterly right-of-way margin and along said curve an arc distance of
