This project has been approved by the City CounciL j il These new sidewalk segments will be constructed entirely within existing right of way. �; i� r, We discovered that.existing sidewalks encroach on private property at a few locations where the ij wheelchair ramps will be replacing existing sidewalks. In order to correct the record we made an �' offer to the property owners to pay a nominal sum as compensation for curing the encroachment in ;; return for a dedication rounding the property corner to City Standards. � ! � i Since this project Yias been approved by the City Council, we feel that the dedications are not �,� i� required to be accepted by the City Council in the usual manner.
