This project has been approved by the City Council. � These new sidewalk segments will be constructed entirely within existing right of way. I i We discovered that existing sidewalks encroach on private property at a few locations where the I wheelchair ramps will be replacing existing sidewalks. In order to correct the record we made an � offer to the property owners to pay a nominal sum as compensation for curing the encroachment in � return for a dedication rounding the property corner to City Standards. �' Since this project has been approved by the City Council, we feel that the dedications are not �� 1�� . required to be accepted by the City Council in the usual manner.
