We have now submitted the formal application for the short plat, Kendall Court,which is
adjacent to the tax parcel 032305-9252. The short plat application includes the subject
property and is proposing to construct a city street and dedicate it to the city. Tom
Kauzlarich, the owner of the property being short platted will pay the $300.00 or adjusted
fee for the city to acquire the property for street right-of-way. I have attached the letter
from King Co. offering the property to the city.
Please proceed in acquiring the property so that the right-of-way is available for
developing as part of the Short Plat. The scheduled hearing on the short plat is in May.
