The purpose of this memo is to request that you begin the formal process of securing as City R/W
a strip of land, 10' in width,generally located adjacent to NE l Oth St between Duvall Av NE and
Field Av NE. Per our previous conversations it was noted that King County is the owner of this
10' strip which lies on both sides of the McDaniel property. I have attached a copy of the '/4
section map in that area for your convenience.
