Said heretofore met�tianed grantee, its successors or assigns, sha11 have
the right, without pr#or notice o� proceeding at law, at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon said above described property f�r the purpose of con-
structing, maintairting, repairing, altering or reconstructing said utility, or
making any connections therewith, and such construction, maintaining, repai rir►g,
�lter°ing or reconstruction af such utility shal] be accomplished in such a manner

disturbed ar damaged, or in the event they are disturbed or damaged, they wiil
be repiaced in as good a condition as they were immediately before the property

� if such use does not interfere with installatiart and maintenance of the utility
