Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successars ar assig�ns , sha11 have
the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such ti�s as may be
necessary to enter upan said above described praperty fUr the p�srp�se of con-
structing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said utility, or +
making any connections' therewitt�, and such constructian, mainta�ning, repairing, d
' aitering or recanstruction of such utility shall be accompiished �n such a manner !
� that the private impraveme��� �xist�ng in th� t^ig�t� r��ht�S}-af-�way sha11 not be
�O disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are disturbed or damag�ed, they wilt

� 7he Grantor shail fuliy use and enjoy the af��edescribed premises,
�- including the right to retain the right to use the surface af said right-of-way
if such use does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utility
line. However, the grantor sha11 nat erect buildings or structures aver, under
or across the right-of-way during the existence of such utilfty.
� This easement, shall be a cavenant runninc� with the land and shall be bind-
ing ort the Grantar, his successors, heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that
they are the lawfui owners of the above properties and that they have a goad and
