�rater and sewer) with necessary appurtenancas over, through, across and upon the
following described property in King County, Washington, more particularly
described as follows :
A tract of land ten (10) feet in width over and accross tracts 12 & 13
of Renton Cooperative Coal Co. , acre tract number 1, recorded in volume
9 of Plats, page 29 ; Records of King County, Washington. 5 feet of
such width being on each side of the following descri��dc�zzenter lines
Beginning on the West line of said Tract 13, five (5) feet south of the
North West corner thereof; thence East parrallel to the North line of
said Tract 13, a distance of 146 feet; thence North 13 degrees 23 feet
30 inches East, a distance of 151.1 feet to the north line of said
Tract 12 and terminus of said Center Line, said point being ,31 feet
more or less East of the North West corner of the North East Quarter
of said Tract 12 . �
Together with a temporary construction easement described as:

dperataon and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than

: Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns , shall have
the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as may be
. � necessary to enter upon said above descr�bed property for the purpose of construct-
- ing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said roadway and utilities ,
or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal obligations or
liability therefore, provided, that such construction, maintaining, repairing,
� altering or reconstruction of said roadH�ay and utilities shall be accomplished in
such a manner that the private i�rovements existing in the right(s)-of-way shall
not be disturbed or damaged, they wi17 be replaced in as good a condition as they
� were immediately before the property w?s er�tered �3�on by ihe Grar►�ee.

'.O The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises , including
0 the right to re tain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way if such use
� does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the roadway or utilities .
Q However, the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over, under or acrass
� the right-of-way during the existence cf such roadway and utilit��s.
