King County, Washington, hereinafter called "Grantee."
WITNESSETH:

its successors and assigns, an easement for public utilities (including water and
sewer) with necessary appurtenances over, through, across and upon the foilowing
described property in King County, Washington� more particularly described as.

The westerly 10 feet as measured at right angtes to the westeriy line and the southerly
5 feet of the fol3owing described property:
Lot 8, Harries Garden Home '�racts, as recorded in Volume 34 of Plats, Page 3$ records
of King County Wast�ington. Except the south 70 feet of the east 145 feet as measured
along tMe north line of said Lot 8.
Except that portion of said southerly 5 feet, iying within the westerly 10 feet of

Together with a temporary construction easement described as:
�he easterly 20 feet of the westerly 30 feet, as measured at r�ght angles to the
westerly line, and the northerly 20 feet of the southerly 25 feet of the above
described main tract. Except any portion of the northeriy 20 feet of the southerly
25 feet of that portion of Lot 8 described above, lying within the westerly 30 feet

Said temporary construction easement shall, remain in force during construction
and until such time as the roadway, utilities and appurtenances have been
accepted for the operation and maintenance by th� Grantee but not later than

' Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns , shall have
the ri ght, wi thout pri or noti ce or proceedi ng at 1 aw, at such ti mes as may be
� necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose of construct-
= ing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said roadway and utilities ,
or making any connections therewith, without incurring any 1ega1 obligations or
liability therefore, provided, that such construction, maintaining, repairing,
��. altering or reconstruction of said roadway and utilities shall be accomplished in
� such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right(s)-of-way sha17

However, the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over, under or across .
