The westerly 10 feet of Lot 3, Harries Garden Home Tracts, as recorded in Volume 34
of plats, page 38, records of King County Washington, said westerly 10 feet being
measured at right angles to the westerly line of said I,ot 3.
Except the north 50 feet thereof.
As situated within the NE 1/4 of Section 8, Twp. 23 N., Rng. 5 E., W.M.
7ogether with a temporary construction easement described as:
The easterly 20 ft. of the westerly 30 ft. of Lot 3, Harries Garden Home Tracts.
Said easterly 20 ft. being measured at right angles to the westerly line of said
Lot 3. Except the north 50 feet thereof.
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construction
and until such time as the roadway, utilities and appurtenances have been
� accepted for the operation and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than

the right, without prior notice or proceeding at ]aw, at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose of construct-
= ing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said roadway and uti]ities ,
or making any connections therewith, without incurring arty legal obligations or
liability therefore, provided, that such construction, maintaining, repairing, I
_ altering or reconstruction of said roadway and utilities shall be accomplished in
O� sueh a manner that the private improvements existing in the right(s)-of-way shall
0 � not be disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced Zn as good a condition as they

�-• The Grantor shail fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises, includang

However, the grantor shall not erect buiidings or structures over, under or across
- the right-of-way during the existence of such roadway and utilit��s.
This easement, shall be a covenant running with the iand and shall be bind-
' ing on the Grantor, his successors, heirs and assigns . Grantors covenant that they
" are the lawful owners of the above properties and that they have a good and iawful
= right to execute this agreement.
