Sai d heretofore menti oned grantee, i ts successors or assi gns, shal l •
have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as
rray be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose
of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstr�cting said
utility, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any 1ega1
obl i gations or 1 i abi 1 i ty therefore, provi ded, that such constructi on, mai�-
taining, repairing, aitering or reconstruction of such utility shall be
accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right
right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are
� � disturbed or damaged, they wi11 be replaced �n as good a condition as they were
4�; immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee. .

� The Grantor shall fu11y use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises ,
�fj including tne right to retain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way
�� if such use does not interfere a�ith installation and maintenance of the ut�lity
� , line. Nowever, the grantor shail not erect buildings or structures over, under -
� or across the right-of-way during the existence of such utility.
