Said heretofore m�ntioned grantee, its successors ar assigns, shall
have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as
may be necessary to enter upon said �bove� described property for the purpose
of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
utiiity, or making any cannections therewith, without incurring any iegal
abl i gatians or I i abi 1 i ty therefore, provi ded, that such construction, main-
tai ni ng, repai ri ng, a1 teri ng or rec�nstructi on of such uti 1 i ty shai 1 be
accomplished in such a manner that the private irr�rovements existing in the right
rigt�t{s}�of-way shall not be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are
disturbe� or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they we re
immediately before the property was entered upan by the Grantee.
