The easterly 15 feet together with the westerly 15 feet of the easterly 30 feet of
the northerly 20 feet of the following:
That portion of the East 3 feet of Tract 35, less the North 200 feet thereof and
Tract 36, less the North 200 feet, and less State Highway, within the Plat of
C. D. Hillman's Lake Washington Garden of Eden Div. No. 1 as recorded in Volume 11
of Plats Page 63 records of King County Washington.

Together with a temporary construction easement described as : lOfeetin width,
adjacent to and along the westerly side of the above deseribed easement.
Said temporary construction easemert st�all remain in farce during construc-
tian and ur.ti 1 Sl#C�! �1!?;P. as t��e uti 1 i ties and appurtenances have been a�cepte�
fnr ttje operation and ma�ntenar�ce by the GrantPe but not later than
December 31, 1979 �
The use of the temporary construction easement shall be avoided if possible and if used
shall be limited to only such use as shall be necessary for the construction of the water line.
The temporary easement area shall be returned to its original st�te by the Grantee.

Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, sha11 have
the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as may be
necessary to enter. upon said above described property for the purpose of construct-
ing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said ���cx�utility;.�,:�
or making any connections therewith, without incurring any 1ega1 obligations or
liability therefore, provided, that such .construction. r�intaining, repairing, �
