its successors and assigns, an easement for public utilities (including water and
sewer) with necessary appurtenances over, through, across and upon the following
described property in King County, Washington, more particularly described as
follows:
The easterly 15 ft. of the W 1/2 of 7ract 42 of C. D. Nillman's Lake Washington Garden
of Eden #1 as recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, Page b3, records of King County Washington
less any portion within the Street R/�! of North 30th St.
Grantee agrees to furnish at time of installation of said utilities, at no charge to
Grantors, two stubs at locations of Grantor's choice.
Together with a temporary construction easement described as:
The westerly 10 ft. of the easterly 25 ft. of the W 1/2 of Tract 42 said plat, less
any portion within N. 30th St.
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construc-
tion and uritil such time as the utilities and appurtenances have been accepted
for the operation and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than

�p The Grantor sha11 fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises,
� including the right to retain the right to use the surface of said raght-of-way
if such use does nat interfere with installation and maintenance of the utility
1ine. However, the grantor shal] not erect buildings or s�ructures over, under .
or across the right-of-way during the existence of such utility.
This easement, shall be a covenant running with the iand and shall be bind-
ing on the Grantar, his successors , he� rs and assigns. Grantors covenant t�at
they are the lawful awners of the above properties and that they have a good and
]awfui right to execute this agreernent.
