aperating, maintaining, re�noving, repairing, replacing and using sewer
pipeline or lines with all connections, manholes az�d app�rtenances
' thereto, tagether with the right af ingress to an.d egress from said
� described praperty for the foregoing purpose provided that in the
event private i.mprovements are disturbed or damaged in maintenance of
s�ach sewer pipeline or Iines , Grantee shall immediately a�ter such
maintenance resto're said gremises ta their original conditian as ttear
as may be.
2. This conveyance shall be a coverzant running with the lartd, and ,
shall be binding on Grantar and the heirs and assi�;ns of the Grantor ft�rever.
3 . Grantar' s Use of Easernen� Grantor reserves to itself all
rights except �hose specifically conveyed hereunder and expressly
reserv�s the right to use the ' easement far any purpose not in-
cansistent with the ri�hts herei.n granted, provided that GranCor shail �
not construc� ar maintain any building ar other structure on the easeme�� . �
4, IndemniCy. By accep�ing and recarding �his easement Grantee I
agree� toin emni y and hold har.mless Grantor �'ram any and all claims
far danages suffered by any person which may be caused by Grantee' s (
exercise of the rig,hts herein granted, provided, that Grantee shall

5. Abandonment. The rights herein shall continue until such
time as Grantee ceases to use the ' .Easement . for a period of five (5)
successive years , in which event this easement shall terminate and
all rights hereunder shall revert to Grantor, provided that no abandon-
ment shall be deemed to have occurred by reason of Grantee' s failure
to initially install its facilities on the Easement within any period
of time from the date hereof.
