have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such tirnes as
may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose
� of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstruct�ing said
uti l i ty, or making any connecti ons therewi th, wi thout incu►~ring any l egal
obi i gations or 1 i abi 1 i ty therefore, provi ded, that such constructi on, main-
taining, repairing, altering or recanstruction of such utility shall be
accon�plished in such a manner that the prtvate improvements existing in the right
right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed ar damaged, pr in the event they are ,
disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were �
immediately before the property was entered upon by �he Grantee.
The Grantor sh�ll fully use and en�oy the aforedescribed premises,
. including the right to retain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way
if such use does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the ut�ility
line. However, the grantor shall not erect buildings or struc�ures over, under
or across the right-of-wa�y during the existence of such .utility.
This easement, shall be a covenant runnirtg with the land and shall be t�ind-
ing on the Grantor, his successors , heirs and assigns. Grantors cavenant th�t
