Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its suc�essors or assigns, shall h��ve
the right, withaut priar natice or proceeding at law, at such times as may be ,
necessary to enter upon said above. described property for the purpase of constr�uct-
ing, maintaining, repairing, a]tering .or reconstructing s�id utili�ies, or mai�i�i�
any connections therewith, without incurring �ny legal obligations or liability
therefore, provided, that such construction, main�aining, repairing, altering or
reconstruction of said utilities shall be accomplished in such a manner that tt�e
private improvements existing in the right(s)-qf-way shall not be disturbed or
