Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, shall
have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such tiuies as
may be necessary �o enter upon said above described property for the purpose
� of constructing, maintaining, repairing; .altering or recanstructing .said
utility, or making any connections therewith, withaut incurring any legal
obligations or liability therefore, provided, that such constructior�, main-
taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility s.hall be
� accom�lished in such a manner that the pr?vate improvements existing in the right
.D right(s)-of-way 'shall not be disturbed or damaged, qr in the event �Chey are
� disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a conditio.n as they tivere
�il � immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grante�.
� The Grantor shall fuily use and enjoy the afor�edescribed pr�mises,
