Sai d heretofore menti oned grantee, i ts successors or assi gns, shal 1
have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such ti���es as
may be necessary to enter upon said ahove described property for the purpose
� of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or r�constructing said
utility, or making any connections therewith, without incu�-ring any legal
obligations or liability therefore, provided, that such construction, main-
tai ning, repai ri ng,. al tering or reconstructi on of such util i ty stiai 1 be
� accornplished in such a manner that the prtvate improvements existing in the right
"� righ�t(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are
pdi s turbed or damaged, they wi 11 be repl aced in as good a condi ti o.n as they �rere
� immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
� The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises,
