Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, shall F���ve �
the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as may be �
necessary to enter upon said abave described praperty for the purpase of constr-uct- �
ing, maintaining, regairing, altering o� recortstructing s�id utiiities, or mafiiny O
any connections therewith, without incurr�ng any legal obltgations or liability
therefore. provided, th�t such canstruct�ton, maintain�ng, repairing, altering or
recanstruction of said ut�lities shall� be accomplished in such a mar+ner that tt�e
private improvements existing in the right(s�-of-way shal] not be disturbed or
da►naged, they will be rep]aced jn as good a condition as they were imrnediately
before the property was entered upan by the GrantEe.
