feet thereof conveyed to King County for road by Deed recorded under Recording No.2689304.Situate in the County of King,

WHEREAS the City of Renton has constructed utility facilities that provide benefit to the property owner's property; and
WHEREAS Special Assessment District 0034 was established by Ordinance No(5465)recorded under King County Recording
Number No(20091105000541).
WHEREAS Special Assessment Oistrict 0035 was established by Ordinance No(5465)recorded under King County Recording
Number(20091105000541);and
WHEREAS the Owner has agreed to pay,in annual payments,the amount of the Special Assessments for utility connection in
the original amount of$8.383.18; and
WHEREAS the agreement provides for a lien against the property,a penalty and interest for late payments,and attorney fees
and costs for collection; and
WHEREAS the agreement provides that upon sale or re-finance of the property the then remaining balance is due and
payable;
NOW THEREFOR�Owner and the City of Renton hereby provide notice of their mutual agreement. For current balances
