As owners of the property for which we recently submitted,,,a grade and fill application, we
hereby acknowledge that the City of Renton has informed us that the property is subject to
1 flooding; and that we have decided to proceed of our own volition, thereby waiving the right to
hold the City of Renton liable for flooding and/or damages to our property or persons on our
