This staging area will be used during the construction of the Sunset Sewer Interceptor Phase II

project and site.
The proposal calls for staging sewer line construction materials and equipment on King
County Tax Lots 7227500630 and 7227500635 (SW Corner of NE Sunset Blvd and
Harrington Ave NE). The two lots total 30,930 square feet. The area will be used as a
staging area from approximately late April, 2005 through November, 2005.
