PERMANENT EASEMENT DESCRIPTION
A strip of land twenty (20) feet in width lying ten (10) feet on each side of the
following described centerline, said strip being situated in the southwest quarter of
the northeast quarter of Section 31, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. , in King
County, Washington, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the easterly line of that tract of land described in File No.
8004070233 Office of Records and Elections, King County, Washington, said point being
North 7°42'SO" West 240.76 feet more or less from the southeast corner of said tract;
thence south 39°21'46" West 303.71 feet to a point on the southerly line of said tract,
said point being South 89°02'22" East 25.03 feet from the southwest corner of said tract. °

Sai d heretofore menti oned grantee, i ts successors or assi gns , shal l
have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as ,
may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose
of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
utility, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal
obligations or liability therefore, provided, that such construction, main-
taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility shall be .
accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right .

•ct disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they we re
Q immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.

pThe Grantor sha13 fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises,
� including the right to retain the. right to use the surface of said right-of-way
if such use does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utility
�p line. However, the,grantor shal� not erect buildings or structures over, urider
or across the right-of-way during the existence of such utility:
This easement, shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be bind-
ing on the Grantor, his successors , heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that
they are the lawfu] owners of the above properties and that they have a good and
lawful right to execute this agreement.
