Grantee will install , and from time to time and at all times hereafter, will repair, maintain and clean two (2) 10 foot 8 inch by 6 foot 11 inch arch culverts within said easement for the purpose of allowing and maintaining the flow of drainage water. This grant is made on the following terms : l . Grantee will from time to time and at all times hereafter, install , repair, maintain and clean any culverts or other pr�visions for the flow of drainage water - which are herein s�ecified or which may be hereafter required by G�antor in its disc�^et�on. 2. urantee sh�ll operate, exercise and maintain the foregoing eas�ments in a manner which will in no way hinder or prevent the� proper and reasonab�euse of said real prop�rty by Grantor as part of � continuous drainag2 system. 3. Grantor retains the right to use said easem�nts for maintenance of its �rainage system or other purpose so long as said use does not in�erfere with the purpose for which the easements are granted. 4. All work required by Grantee by the terms hereof shall be done in a timely, propen, substantial and workmanlike manner, and shall be done at the cost and I expense of the Grantee. ' 5. Al1 installations by Grantee of any pipes , mains, lines or other objects or obstructions of any nature vrhatsoever shall be at an elevat�on of 2.50 based upon City of Renton datum and belo�v, and exce�tions to such depth shall only be allowed with the 'specific writt�n a�pr�val of the Grantor. 6. Grantee will release, indemnify and hold harmle,s Grantor from all claims or actions arising from the use of, or installaticn pursuant to, this easement by Gra�tee. 7.
