' �C�c�x�x���wxc�xr�ex�gxa��e��x�e. � ; Grantee, its successors and assigns, shall have the right, exercisable at such times as mav be necessary, to enter upon the above described property for the purpose of maintaining, repairing, or reconstructing the Water System; provided, that such maintaining, repairing, or reconstruction shall be accomplished in such a manner that the improvements existing on or adjacent to the above-described property shall not be damaged or, in the event they are disturbed or damaged, Grantee will repair, restore or replace them to as good a condition as they were immediately before the property was en�ered �:ren �y Crar_teeF and provided further that, except in the case of emergencies, Grantee will give Grantor reasonable advance written notice of any such entering, maintaining, repairing or reconstruction. Grantor reserves the right to fully use and enjoy the above- described property, including the right to use the surface of the above-described property to the extent such use does not prohibit maintaining, repairing or reconstruction of the Water System.
