The Building Official of the City of Renton, acting under the authority of
Chapter 21, Title IV, of the Code of General Ordinances, City of Renton,
entitled "City of Renton Dangerous Building Code", hereby complains that
the subject property is a "dangerous building" as defined in Section 4-2104
c of said Code and as specified below:

PARTICULARS WHICH CAUSED THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE
A "DANGEROUS BUILDING" AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2104:
(a) This building because of dilapidation, deterioration and decay, is in
several stages of structural failure.
(b) Because of dilapidation, deterioration and open access, this building
is an attractive nuisance to children and a harbour for vagrants,
criminals and/or immoral persons
(c)Because of dilapidation, decay and lack of sanitation facilities,
it is unfit for human habitation.
(d) Because of deterioration, damage, trash, unstable outbuildings and
combustibles in and around house, it is a fire hazard.
