The Building Official of the City of Renton, acting under the authority of
Chapter 21, Title IV, of the Code of General Ordinances, City of Renton,
entitled "City of Renton Dangerous Building Code", hereby complains that
the subject property is a "dangerous building" as defined in Section 4-2104
of said Code and as specified below:
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 305 N.W. 7th Street
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot A of Short Plat #26-76, according to the Short
Plat survey recorded under King County recording #761019-0753.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF TYPE OF BUILDING O&STRUCTURE DEEMED UNSAFE:
Single family residence
PARTICULARS WHICH CAUSED THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE
A "DANGEROUS BUILDING" AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2104:
A-3 Due to the movement and instability of the ground supporting the
• foundation of this building, it is subject to structural failure.
B-1,2 The building is open to entry, has broken windows and doors, has
been vandalized and is an attractive nuisance to children. A harbor
for vagrants, criminals or immoral persons.,
C. Due to damage to the building, possible damage to side sewer, open
to entry of rodents, building is considered .a health hazard.
D. Because of dilapidation, open doors, broken windows, the building is
subject to entry and is determined to be a fire hazard.
H. The foundation on the south side of house has slipped into the adjoin-
ing ravine and undermined the building to such an extent that the
structural stability is -materially less than it was before the founda-
tion slipped and is less than the minimum requirements of the Citys'
Uniform Building Code for new buildings of similar structure.
