The North 115 feet of the West 495 feet of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 18,
Township 23 North, Range 5 East,Willamette Meridian,in the City of Renton,King County,Washington;
EXCEPT the West 36.5 feet of the South 85 feet;
ALSO EXCEPT the West 30 feet of the North 30 feet;
Said portion being more particularly described as follows: ,
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said parcel; I
THENCE North 01° 11'56" East along the West line of said parcel 50.43 feet to a point of cusp with a
15.00 foot radius curve to the left;
