to the use of the land hereinabove described with respect to the
use by the undersigned, their successors, heirs, and assigns, as

No building or structure shall be located or constructed within
fifty feet (50 ' ) of the easterly property line of above described
property.

The easterly fifty feet (50 ' ) of the above described property shall
remain as a natural landscaped area or, where necessary, a�propriately
landscaped and continuously maintained as a buffer area. In the
event of removal of natural landscaping, the fifty foot (50 ' ) buffer
strip shall be appropriately landscaped in accordance with a plan
approved by the city of Renton Planning Department so as to provide
the landscaped buffer area required.
