NOVJ, THEREFORE, the aforesaid owner does hereby � ' establish , grant and impose restrictions and covenants running with the land hereinabove described with respect to the use by the undersigned , their successors , heirs , and assigns as follows : LANDSCAPE AREAS a ) Detailed landscape plans for the entire site , including existing vegetation to remain , shall be submitted to and approved by the Renton Planning Department prior to further develonment on the site . b ) Existing vegetation shall be maintained as much as possible. Existing vegetation shall be removed only by approval of the Renton Planning Department prior to any clearing or development of the site . .
